Gosh I am so exhausted now. I have spent the whole F day typing out that MF project and all I wish to do is to sit somewhere breezy to chill and talk about anything and everything with you. How I wish we could be vampires roaming the quiet streets together, swimming in the sea of tranquility of the night. If only we were vampires, we could repose on the highest of rooftops, as the cool night breeze gently caresses our cheeks. If only we were vampires, we would spend the daytime together in our secret hideaway, lost in blissful slumber, far from the maddening crowd. If only we were vampires, it would just be the two of us, and nothing else in the world would matter.

Anyhooo, I went down to the OMS booth to help out during the first day of Lunchtime Invasions. Some new member of OMS told me a totally random thing “Has anyone ever told you that you look like a cat? Anyway, I am a new member of OMS and my name is _____”. OMG has this guy lost all his marbles or what?!?! He then proceeded to sneakily take a picture of me with his camera. BLEH! What a weirdo! Not wanting to make small talk with this complete stranger, I whipped out my camera and proceeded to the benches and pretended to be really interested in taking some pictures of the band that was performing. But I was not spared from his stealthy gaze. He had his eyes fixed on my every movement. I have never felt more like a fish, swimming in a pathetically small fishbowl, being watched by a creepy human.

Oh my gosh I really need to quicken my study pace for LSM2102. It is about a week away and its 40% omgomgomg. Somehow, the number of questions just doesn’t justify the weightage of this paper. I feel so screwed up this semester thanks to truckloads of Geography readings. Poor arts students, now I can imagine their plight coz they probably have to take four to five arts modules per semester.
On another note, I’m glad I dragged my half dead self out of the house on Saturday to hang out with Ben, Cheryl and Jasper, even though I was fricking sick and on the verge of dying. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have known about 2am dessert bar, which is a totally awesome place to chill, and better yet, it’s nearer to my home than town yeah. The place is actually quite nice after you’ve recovered from the shock of seeing the prices of the food. Haa Haa. We were lucky to get a table, without making reservations, at 10pm on a Saturday night. If only I was in the pink of health that night man, I would have ate something and not the Hot Chocolate, which was too bitter for my liking.
I spend the whole of Sunday catching up on webcast and 2 human geog readings. Oh man, it is like secondary school all over again coz I haven’t taken geog since sec sch.
Went for the OMS meeting yesterday and yea I kinda like the CCA coz the people are generally easy going and friendly, not like those high profile CCA where people are so serious and competitive. Whatever. Hopefully I will be able to attend more of the events that they organize in the future.
Ok you know what, something just popped into my mind: WHY IS THIS BLOG POST SO DISJOINTED? Have I forgotten how to write, or is this my drugged mind speaking? I am currently on Fexofenadine, Chlorphenamine, Bromhexine, and my all time favourite antibiotic Amoxil. Usually, my inquisitive nature will get the better of me, and I will be all over Wikipedia “researching” the effects of these drugs. (I wrote “researching” coz wiki is not a credible source meant for research, unlike what little freshies think.) But anyway, I think the side effects for the first two include dizziness, weakness, drowsiness, sleepiness and fatigue, all of which I am feeling right now. Bummer. I just want to curl up into a ball and huddle under the comforter and sleep my worries away.
Will blog more when I have regained full control of my mind.

Oh man I really should be doing work now but I feel like blogging. Just received my purchases from my internet shopping sprees this week and I must say I am mighty pleased. The remaining one is the AX shirt that I bought.. That will probably arrive sometime next week or so. The wetseal shirts were ok, I was a tad disappointed at the shade of my “Cereal Killer” shirt because it was like a pastel colour online but it’s like lemon yellow in person.. Ahhh.. the perils of internet shopping. Nevertheless it is a whole lot of fun! My haul included Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm, which is supposedly a cult favourite EVERYWHERE, Softlips strawberry lipbalm and E.L.F Blending Brush. Gosh I am a sucker for lip products. I gained two lipbalms from my CNY trip to Malaysia and now I have 6 including my Cover Girl one. Someone please seize my iBanking device now. NOW NOW NOW! Before I spend more money again! You have no idea how broke I am right at this moment, and with V-day and Raf’s birthday round the corner, I will probably have to spend $0 on school food from now onwards. Shit shit shit. I will become a waif soon enough and Evelyn won’t be able to recognize me when she returns! Speaking of which, please do not lose your passport!! You have no idea how worried we are.
Anyways, I have yet to try the stuff from my haul save for the ELF Blending Brush, which I think is way overrated. The roughness of the brush startled me when I first tried it today, but oh well I guess it picks up enough colour and only costs two dollars.. But it is definitely not soft at all contrary to what all you rabid ELF fans think!!! Even some random brush set from SaSa has wayyy softer bristles.

Went for the OMS meeting today at a random Starfuc.. oops I mean Starbucks, at Orchard. Kind of excited about the event, I hope everything turns out well. My supposed “going to Orchard only for CCA stuff” day was not meant to be, because I did a little shopping after that and for the record, it was a very fruitful shopping trip albeit a short one J Heehee.. Well how could a regular person resist a sale, much less a person who loves to shop?
Heeheehee.. ok back to nerdy nerd stuff will blog again real soon, I hope.

Wow I can’t believe I’m blogging at such an ungodly hour with only an hour of nap today.
I am so glad that I said all that has to be said yesterday. It was not easy bottling it up for about a month or so.
Anyways, I was reading my previous entry on New Year resolutions and I can’t help but be amused by some of the resolutions that I made “sleep before 12am… practicing the piano three times a week” etc. I can safely say that I never once slept before 12am and practiced the piano at all this year! Gosh my sleeping habits are atrocious but well that’s another issue altogether. Here is my revised list of New Year resolutions:
1) Study hard like a nerdy nerd
2) Sleep by 1.30am everyday (You’ve got to agree that this is way more reasonable)
3) Spend less on shopping and food
4) Eat less junk food coz omg I put on like 2kg since this time last year
5) Force feed Raf more food even though he eats twice the amount of food as me, so that he will put on more weight. He is becoming skinnier as the days go by, not fair!
6) Stop taking cabs!!!
7) Brush up on my command of English. It is like crap now if you haven’t noticed, and the way I blog now is completely different from my blogging style in JC… Sigh…
Ok that’s probably all the resolutions that I can manage for now I am dozing off as I type this.
Oh no I just broke resolution 2 coz its 3.20am and I am still up! Not a good sign for my resolutions.
PS: Isn’t it strange how things are sometimes? My five hour shopping trip on Tuesday was fruitless, whereas a 20minute shopping trip yesterday yielded a top? Anyway, I was quite surprised to discover that top is from Charlotte Russe yeah and it was on 40% discount so I got it for like 17 bucks or so.
PPS: The gargantuan pimple on my cheek is healing nicely. For those who haven’t seen it in its worst state, thank your lucky stars coz your eyes do not deserve such torture.

Went to the zoo with Raf today and he said the most ridiculous thing ever. It’s even worse than the “life-changing ramen” phrase but I cannot write it here or else he will be inclined to strangle me till I asphyxiate and die! (Ahem ahem.. It includes a giraffe and an “orang utan” Heh heh.) The look on his face was priceless after realizing what he said was so wrong. Took loads of pics and some videos but mostly of the prettttty white tigers. Rawr! However, I must admit that I prefer the Night Safari to the Zoo, although there are no white tigers there. Probably coz the zoo is so frickin’ crowded and the sun’s rays were relentless.
Anyway, I finally manage to drag my lazy self to town to check out the newly opened Sephora and it is so so so awesome! Finally, I can get my hands on Too Faced Shadow Insurance! The only gripe I have about Sephora is that they do not carry Urban Decay products at the moment. Didn’t buy anything from Sephora yet though coz I was feeling broke after purchasing a pair sneakers with Raf, who bought the same design.. Wheee! Now we are sneakers twins!... Haha ok whatever man I am just being pretty psyched about such a trivial thing.
Oh crap I just realized that there are two more weeks of school holidays before school reopens again. Noooo! There are so many things to do, so little time! Sigh..

The exams are finally over, and one thing’s for sure.. I’m gonna go shopping!! I’m rather pleased with the fact that I never once went out shopping during the semester. But on second thought, does this mean that I have morphed into a bona fide nerd? Oh dear..
Anyways, here is my after exam haul!
Saturday's Haul
(L-R) Clinique Make up Remover, brush set, Revlon Colourstay Eyeliner, L'OREAL Concealer.
This is my second time buying Clinique's waterproof make up remover and it is godsend because even the stubbornest (sic) of mascara is no match for this baby. I’m gonna stay loyal to this make up remover forever….. Unless something equally good but less pricy comes along.. This costs $39 for 125ml.
Alright, I am feeling lazy.. Shall blog again when I feel like it.

Yesterday while Raf and I were on 96, we overheard the most ludicrous thing ever. This guy who was sitting on the seat behind us was clearly at a loss for a better word when he was chatting with his friends.
“Have you guys been to this ramen shop called Marutama at Central? The ramen is pretty ok but THE EGG IS LIFE CHANGING!! Like oh my gosh it is really LIFE CHANGING!! I don’t know how they manage to cook it in such a manner… But seriously you guys should try it… it will CHANGE YOUR LIVES!”
Upon hearing that load of nonsense, suppressing my laughter seemed to be a futile effort. I think Raf was equally amused/flabbergasted/stunned as I was.
